I am an Firefighter EMT with several years in both the 911 emergency response and in the industrial EMS, Rescue and safety industry. I became a CPR/ First Aid instructor because of patients that would have had a better outcome if someone that was trained in CPR would have been present.

North Channel Solutions, LLC is a woman-owned, veteran-owned business founded by Tiffany Ragsdale, RN, BSN, a licensed Registered Nurse in Florida. As a certified American Red Cross instructor, Tiffany brings her medical expertise and passion for education to every CPR, AED, and First Aid class—serving both adult and pediatric learners.
